Split Tickets in separate Tickets
Our Support team is struggling with the fact that we often have tickets that actually consist of two separate issues, or customers who 6 months after a ticket has been closed decide to just reply to that particular ticket to ask a -totally unrelated Beitrag ansehen

Snippet Tool - Text Limitation Removal
The Text Limitation - As you're aware there is a limitation in how much text you can include in the body of a snippet. This is disappointing as there may be paragraphs you send quite often that don't necessarily qualify to be a template. For exampl Beitrag ansehen

Forward Emails from Conversations
We need some type of forwarding tool in hubspots inbox so we can send emails to different departments within out company. Currently we are unable to change who the email is being sent to when replying.

Delete or recall a chat message or a user comment in conversations inbox
Currently, it's not possible to delete a user comment or recall a chat message if it has been sent out. It'd be really great if we can delete a user comment that has been added to the wrong conversation so as to avoid confusion or to have the abilit Beitrag ansehen

I agree with this. I've got emails in the Conversations Inbox with 4-5 Notes in a row with text like "sjfkj, dfjksljf, hflshf" and "huh?! cannot dele...Beitrag ansehen
