HubSpot REALLY needs a "print view" setup for Ticket. This would REALLY help for equipment that's dropped off for repair - print the ticket to match with the equipment!

The ability to have a global setting in which we could set working hours for our support team who is using ServiceHub. This would allow us to drive workflows and autoresponders for tickets and conversations submitted outside of working hours. read more

Would like to have a printable version of a ticket that includes properties on "About this ticket". Currently the only option is exporting ticket information to a speadsheet to print, but that is not very viewer friendly.
