Automatic adding of TAX (VAT) when creating quotes
We use a specific tax % on every quote so it should be possible to set a standard and e.g. add a 19% tax on every quote created automatically. Benefits: Saves times Avoid mistakes

Yes, please add automatic tax in %, which is automatically preselected while creating a Quote. This ensures it is not missed

Pause ticket timer when a ticket is waiting on customer
The ticket status can be 'open' or 'closed', making the timer run or stop. I want to be able to pause the timer, the timer should then stop when a ticket is in a 'pause' status to rule out the time a ticket is waiting on the customer. open > 続きを読む

Goals to have days of the week excluded
Can there be functionality that means you can excluded dates from goals target, for example excluding a weekend or bank holidays to ensure the tracking is accurate

Quote margin %
On the Hubspot quote tool, it can work out the value of the margin on a line but not the % and overall margin on the quote. can this functionality be added? this will enable us to see how much we are making on the quote

Restricting users from replying from various alias

Chat Rep Availability Reporting
