We use a specific tax % on every quote so it should be possible to set a standard and e.g. add a 19% tax on every quote created automatically. Benefits: Saves times Avoid mistakes

Yes, please add automatic tax in %, which is automatically preselected while creating a Quote. This ensures it is not missed

The ticket status can be 'open' or 'closed', making the timer run or stop. I want to be able to pause the timer, the timer should then stop when a ticket is in a 'pause' status to rule out the time a ticket is waiting on the customer. open > read more

Can there be functionality that means you can excluded dates from goals target, for example excluding a weekend or bank holidays to ensure the tracking is accurate

On the Hubspot quote tool, it can work out the value of the margin on a line but not the % and overall margin on the quote. can this functionality be added? this will enable us to see how much we are making on the quote
