Our eCommerce platform requires that our registration forms remain non-huspot forms. If multiple registrations happen on the same computer with the same cookie it is merging those contacts into one record. Only hubspot forms can create new contacts read more

Just wondering if any other users out there who bi-directionally sync their contacts from an external CRM are having any issues with sync timing? Currently everytime we send our newseletter which is a list of 70k+ it takes two days to cycle through read more

We are still having the issue but have worked out a workaround with our integration partner but changing the sync logic of our inclusion list. More of...read more

Currently we sync all of our contacts from our CRM (Ms Dynamics) to HS through an integration. Our registration form on our website has to be a non-hubspot form because of its connection to our eCommerce CMS. Currently there is no setting to create read more
