If/Then Branch for workflow when email reply from contact
Guys, I have a workflow where i send 5 emails. So once the email 1 is sent, i added a delay for say 3 hours and then added if/then branch (activityt type is email reply from contact). and if no then send email 2. if yes break. But what happ Beitrag ansehen

Enrolling contacts at specific places in a workflow

Hold/pause an object in a workflow delay until a condition is met (delay until an event happens)
Posting this on behalf of my customer! As my customer and I were discussing, we were thinking that it would be helpful to have some kind of workflow pause action. Similar to delay action which holds the objects at the delay step until set time, it'd Beitrag ansehen

How to make Workflows easier to edit: Clone and move workflow actions
Hi, I have a suggestion for making workflows easier to edit. Once a workflow is created, it would be great to be able to cut, copy, and "drag & drop" items. For example, I might want to create the same task to be repeated with a waiting Beitrag ansehen
