Yes, gmail's in-house CRM is actually better! I've stopped using HubSpot because of this - it's an absolute minimum requirement!

As far as I'm aware, no. It's the main reason I don't recommend Hubspot to my clients. Why on earth this isn't sorted out I do not know...........read more
