Disable Auto Contact Creation in Deal Records
This used to be a function. Now, I have learned that HS automatically creates contacts for emails sent through a deal record / in-box. This is brutal since we connect with multiple contact through a deal. So if I have 100 contacts each deal with hav Beitrag ansehen

Thanks but this isn't the solution as we are not using Gmail / Chrome. There was a toggle in the preferences of HubSpot that allowed you to turn this...Beitrag ansehen

BRING BACK | Disable Automatically adding a contact when emailing through deals.
There used to be a toggle to disable adding a contact to deal records when you email through a deal. This quietly changed in the back ground. My organization requires this feature to prevent cross contamination of sensitive information. We on Beitrag ansehen

Labels (Instead of Folder Nesting) | FILE (Documents, Templates, Snippets, Images, etc)

Would even tale the google approach and go with labels (tags). Way better solution than nestled folders.
