Admin login as other user
The admin account should have the ability to login as other user accounts. This would allow the admin to change the various settings, like notifications, that can only be changed at the user level. Great time and user frustration saver

Need Properties for Hubspot Users
Need the ability to create custom properties for my Hubspot Users (in some ways - treat them like a Contact). It would be nice to store birthdays, anniversaries and items like that for personal information. I also need to track - # of Deals Beitrag ansehen

Option to Create Follow Up Task when marking Task Complete.
I love the updates HubSpot has provided with processing my Task List. The ribbon on top and opening the related Deal/Contact is great. True Task management requires Setting the Next Task - when a Task is completed. The top ribbon should hav Beitrag ansehen

Allow Super Admins to "Impersonate" other users (or log-in as them)
Haven't seen this setting - if it exists, feel free to jump in! As a super admin - I would like the ability to log-in as or impersonate other users. This would allow me to diagnose issues and ensure settings are correct more easily. For exam Beitrag ansehen

Email Reports to be able to send Last Day of the Month, after office hours close
There is an option for email reports to run "First" and "15th" of the month, which really give me either no info or half the info for the month. I want to see the report from the end of the month, so that I don't have to go in an edit everything to Beitrag ansehen

Freeze top menu at top of Dashboard
We have many windows / reports on most of our Dashboards. After I am done reviewing the Dashboard components - I have to scroll back to the top in order to access the Dashboard Selection Dropdown. It would be helpful if the Dashboard Selection Opt Beitrag ansehen
