Automate or sync live chat agent availability
There should be a way to automatically update availability for live chat agents using integrations such as calendars, slack or Zapier. It's rather cumbersome to manage my availability separately here as well as in other apps, since I'm often in and read more

The feature, that you can create now lists not just from contacts, but also from companies is very nice. Sadly, you can just create a report of contacts with the "Is member of XXX list" but you can not create a report of companies with the "is mem read more
