Tiktok and Spotify as a Source

Add more than one contact phone number
Hi there, I need to know if it's possible to add more than one phone numer for a contact? When I import a csv with a contact already saved an with a different number, the import overrides the phone number that was already saved in the contact re read more

I tried this but it doesn't work as it only has the numbers option but it doesn't detect is a phone number, how can we work around this?

Customize Call Outcome options
I would like to be able to customize the drop down list from the call outcome option as it doesn't represent the outcomes I would like recorded. Is this possible? Otherwise can we turn it off so it doesn't state no outcome on the timeline?
