Allow Hyperlinks in Survey Email Body
Currently, it is not possible to hyperlink any text in the body of a Survey email. This is important as some information needs to be linked along with the survey.

Adjust settings on 'Automatic Unenrollment' in 'Sequences'
I think it would be great to continue running a sequence even after a client replies. Right now after a client replies, they are automatically unenrolled from the assigned . I see how this can be beneficial, however, we should have the option to read more

This is definitely needed - as some contacts need to be communicated with simultaneously to being in a sequence

'Recent Items' view
A feature that other automation tools have that would be very helpful is a menu option to view recent items that I've been to within Hubspot. I am often times going between the same 4-5 things, or want to quickly get back to a place I was in a read more

DUO as a two factor authentication method
Currently, the only options for 2fa are text message or google translate. It would be great if there is an integration for DUO 2fa - I know this is a commonly used authenticator in the industry.

Additional Task Priority options other than High
Hi, I think your team is on the right track adding a Task Priority option. Now all you need to do is allow us to customize the selections there. Perhaps it could be capped at 5 options to avoid clutter, but there must be more then "high". read more
