Automatically Create Deal When Contact Is Created

I have 2 HubSpot accounts & Want to switch back and forth easily. I dont want to merge them, but i know in the settings theres a way to click on your account and switch back and forth?

I have one account & Need to make a duplicate account.
I need 2 pipelines but dont want to pay $400 a month just for that, so i|m trying to make a duplicate account with all of the same contact and deal properties. How can I do this?
