Attachments / file uploads need to be more user friendly
There seems to be a unnecessary disconnect between the fields 'Attachments' and 'file upload'. Attachments are for email enquiries and file uploads are for support forms. Handling these fields in the ticket environment is not user friendly. M read more

Edit the subject line of emails received as an Admin

Roll-back the property changes (undo) made by Import.

Customizable chat icon & color
I would love to have a function where i can change th icon of the chat on the website aswell as the color of the standard chatbubble icon. This is a quick fix and let cusomeres easily make more stunning webpages.
