Now that WhatsApp is available to connect on inbox it would be very useful to integrate a chatflow for WhatsApp, very similar to Facebook chatflow.

Hello! We work with many young people (17-24), and they typically prefer WhatsApp over email and definitely over a phone call! Even more, they like a Voice Note. We have managed to convert a few sales using WhatsApp voicenotes. We think it read more

agreed - we have the same with older clients +60 that are illiterate - voice note is the only way we can communicate with them.

Would be great to have an option to create a whatsapp chatbot within HubSpot - similar to a "standard" chatbot. 80% of our conversation are whatsapp driven ... whatsapp integrating in conversation, has been a game changer for us. Time to level read more

If I create a ticket from a conversation, I want the comments I make on that conversation to appear in the ticket. They often include vital process information on the steps I take to close a conversation.

In contact / deal / ticket it would be great to have an option to add notes through Workflow. We have a couple of workflows that ends in an "issue" bucket, due to various information that are missing or actions that have not been taken in a timely read more

It would be great to have the comments transformed/added automatically into notes in the tickets if we wanted too.
