It would be great to "archive" deals that have either been won or lost, so that they don't appear on the dashboard or deals table. This way you wouldn't lose the information from the deal and it would affect the figures on your deals dashboard.

I feel it would be a great idea to have the ability to reply or comment to a note or task. My team would be able to communicate better using HubSpot.

During testing of a unique business case, I identified that an unassigned Contact will be automatically assigned a Contact Owner if an email is sent through a connected inbox. Example: contact John Doe does not have an assigned Contact Owner. Sally read more

We want this as well. Our contacts are helped by multiple agents and we don't want them to be auto-assigned to the first person that replies to them....read more

Hey hey, we would appreciate the feature, that email signatures will automatically be added when a team member replies to an email within the Conversations / Team inbox. Currently we are using snippets as a workaround, but that should not be the read more

We also just want to include the user's signature. Why should we have a different signature for Conversations vs. an Email sent via a Contact record?...read more

New to Hubspot and trying to determine the best way to understand the difference between conversations and tickets. It seems to me that every conversation should be a ticket. Can someone help to poke holes in why/if that logic is flawed?
