Cathy Ice

I solve problems and remove barriers. Throughout my career, I have been driven by a need to find answers to the most perplexing issues affecting organizations – whether internal struggles or customer challenges. In my current role as CRM Program Director, I pull from my experience in sales and customer service to create efficiencies in the sales process and enable our organization to succeed. CRM System of Choice: HubSpot (I carry 10+ certifications for the system) Project Management System of Choice: Asana (Asana Together Ambassador) Focuses: +Automating the buyer’s journey and deal process +Automating account-based marketing campaigns +Aligning the sales, marketing and customer service teams +Creating process improvements +Providing real-time reporting to executive leadership during strategy meetings +Administering sales and marketing communications I support a fun work environment (in-person and virtually) as a founding member of ViaTech’s Community Committee. It is our goal to embody of core value of Community through engaging activities for our team members as well as service projects that allow our team members to give back to the surrounding community (ViaTech Gives Back). Outside of work, I am the proud mom of two young adults and three rescue fur-babies, as well as an avid traveler and baseball fanatic. I am also a highly dedicated board member and certified event coordinator for Night of Superstars, a Dallas-based children’s charity (details in the volunteer portion of my profile on LinkedIn).

It would be very helpful to see how many (and ultimately click out to a list) contacts are in which part of a sequence at any given time. I know that we can go to a list to see if someone is enrolled, but, at the list level, it doesn't show whic 続きを読む
