Subfolders to product library

Products Folders Needs Subfolders
Hi, Hope everyone is staying safe and well. It would be advised that the product team adds a feature to the Products Library that allows for folders within folders. This will make it easier for us to sort our products more specifically and have Beitrag ansehen

Creating a sub-folder for product library
Hello, For businesses that have a lot of different SKUs, it would be good to classify them in sub-folders and separate lists.

GIF as chatbot avatar
Today we tried to give some coolness to our chatbot with some animated GIF. Sadly, this type of file is not fully supperted. You can see the animation into the preview mode, but no image will be shown to your users. It would be a cool feature a Beitrag ansehen

Total amount on Quote confusing to customers when using multiple pricing options
Our Pricing is per month and we charge a one time setup. Invoice happens once per year (See screenshot) The total amount as mentioned on the quote is quite confusing for customers. My suggestion would be to make it an option to hide the total am Beitrag ansehen
