I think we should be able to see the time in stage on the tickets as a field. You can do ticket open time but its important we can see how long it has been in a stage as multiple departments may need to handle tickets.

We desperately need a way of controlling SLA and putting it on pause when we escalate issues. The current logic doesn't allow for effective and reliable SLA tracking in such cases. Adding an option to pause SLA counter would help us big time.
