Updating Ticket Status is slower since mid-Jan 2023 update

Enable A/B testing in workflow/automated emails

Search Functionality

Agreed. I cannot search for any contact with a @gmail.com email address - otherwise it returns ALL the Gmail results! You need to remove the "@gmail....read more
