Form submissions that create tickets fails to show the message in the ticket activity
Tickets created by a user submitting a form fail to show the message from the client in the ticket activity. The issue is this: 1) The conversation inbox shows a summary of the form, but; 2) The ticket fails to show anything in "email" or "c read more
