Surprised HuSpot does not have an auto reply function. Can obviously do from our email client, but would be great to have the ability to do it within HubSpot - eg in a Sequence to reply to all incoming emails with "we'll get back to you soon" ty read more

Is there a way to create a New Note or Log an Activity for a Contact in a workflow? It would seem this should be easy but I could find an anwser anywhere. Thanks for any guidance.

Currently the search function for tickets only displayes results based on the name of a ticket. Quite often when searching for a ticket/email the title is not known, which leads to frustration. The solution I have found is to search via contact in read more

This would be very helpful for tickets as well. To search using wild cards, even better than a whole field, with the exact title or ticket number.
