Add REJECT Button to Manage Duplicate pop-up & AUTO ADVANCE
Managing duplicates is pretty tedious. You could make it easier by: 1. Adding a REJECT button to the bottom of the pop-up window next to MERGE and CANCEL. 2. Advancing to the next duplicate in the list once you press either MERGE or REJECT. Go read more

Hello! I think I am going crazy. If one of our users attaches an attachment to a ticket that we request (i.e. an invoice for a customer), why do I have to download that attachment to my computer and then re-attach it to an email written to the c read more
