Send Slack alerts to existing owners
In workflows, you can send emails to the owner of a deal. It would be helpful if there was a way to connect HubSpot users with their Slack accounts, so that you could send Slack alerts specifically to the owner of the deal.

Associating emails with records from Outlook Desktop
It would be great to be able to set which records an email is associated with using the Outlook Desktop plugin (like you can with the Outlook web plugin and the Gmail plugin)

In RSS emails, allow text to be abridged
In an RSS email, it would be useful to be able to limit how much of the text of an RSS field is shown from HubSpot - like if the summary is really long, and you only want the email to dislay the first 100 words or something like that

RSS emails should include different formatting for older posts
In an RSS triggered email, it would be helpful to include earlier posts, but using different formatting than the first one. For exapmple, yopu could send out an email with a new blog post that includes all the stuff for that post - the title, con Leia mais
