In Bot Conversations, set how many articles are displayed in a knowledge base lookup
Currently when an end user searches the Knowledge Base in Bot Conversations, 5 articles are displayed. From a user perspective, I think showing 5 articles in a chat bubble can be very overwhelming. It would be great to be able to place a limit on ho read more

It would be useful to be able to customise the number of results. I would quite like just the top result to show.

Allow for users to set their own company unique identifier
It creates quite a bit of work and allows for duplication when we have to use either company domain name or object ID as a unique identifier for companies. It would be ideal if we could set our own. For example, all of our clients have account numbe read more
