Best way to keep consistency in Contacts data

View conversations that I tracked
I understand that the CRM works in a Customer centric way, but is there a way to see all the emails that I sent with the "tracking" on to have an idea of how many conversations I'm waiting an answer? Thanks

Distinguish Customers and Users (really different platform users)
