Office 365 Sales Tool - don't want to click icon every time
We just switched over to Office 365 and the Sales Tools Add-In does not allow for settings as did the Sidekick Add-In. So, if we want to 'awlays' log/track e-mails, I cannot do so with Sales Tools. The tool also does not auto open when you write an Lire la suite

Fantastic news! I've confirmed the update is already availabe for me in OWA and Outlook for Mac. I did NOT have to re-install the add-in.

Prevent CC'd email addresses from being created as contacts
I'm not sure whether others find this as frustrating (or even know that it happens!) but we regularly find in our own portal and with clients that if you send a sales email using the Outlook or Gmail integration, 'log to CRM' and CC someone who is n Lire la suite

I agree! This should at least be a configurable option by tenant, user or both.

Exchange/Outlook integration for contacts and calendar
Sales people use Outlook, period. And because that's what they use, that's where the information should be at. Best way to achieve this would be via Exchange integration so that people would have access to the same information even on their mobile Lire la suite

This feature request appears to be specific to an Exchange deployment on-premises, but I'm hoping it is acceptable to also ask about Office 365. ...Lire la suite
