Company Associated Contacts Blank, but Contacts are showing on the Company record page?
We have an issue with duplicate company records that don't have any Contacts associated in Hubspot and I want to flag them for deletion. Below is more detail on why they're in there... but I wanted to solve for this by creating a Company view for al Beitrag ansehen

Ability to Average NPS Rating by Company
We'd like to see the average NPS score per Company based on the Contacts' responses. Currently there is no way to see this in the platform or to calculate it via automation. Secondarily, because NPS is stored as a dropdown it doesn't play well with Beitrag ansehen

Lead score criteria that are fulfilled by a contact should be stored on the contact record
There is not currently a place on an individual contact record where you can see what activities or properties contributed to a specific lead score. The Test contact button within the lead score property is the only place to generate this data Beitrag ansehen

Agree, this is necessary. Right now, the only way I've known if and when a score has been updated is with the Details button next to their score on t...Beitrag ansehen

Possible to pull Email Client in to a Contact field?
Anyone know if there's a way to pull which email client a contact has in to a field on their Contact record that we can use for lists, etc? This is valuable qualifying information for us. I know the data is in there, just can't find a way to mak Beitrag ansehen

Conversion rates between deal stages
Hi, I'm not sure if i'm just interpreting this wrong, but I'm having difficulty calculating the actual conversion rates between each deal stage. I.e 100 deals get created, and 70 of them move to the next stage = 70% conversion rate. 50 of Beitrag ansehen
