Ticketing Structure Changes
The latest update that too place this morning, 4/21/21. The way the tickets are structured now are awful. Too hard to read as each note, task, reply email from the customer all run together. The previous layout was much more reader-friendly. read more

Task Filters cancelling when refreshing the page
I use my tasks for multiple steps through out my day. I ususally have 2 tabs open at all times, one for "To-Do's" and another for "Calls". With the new update, everytime I refresh, the filter that was there goes away, and I have to reset it. This read more

Forward Emails from Conversations
We need some type of forwarding tool in hubspots inbox so we can send emails to different departments within out company. Currently we are unable to change who the email is being sent to when replying.
