Archive Contact Lists
I would love the option to archive contact lists . Currently, we can only "clean up" by moving things into folders (we have about 20, and I don't use them because searching is faster). If it were up to me, I would delete lists we are not usin Lire la suite

Zoom Integrations - Do not want to allow creation of new contacts
Is there a way to turn off the permissions for Zoom to create new contacts in HubSpot? Our Zoom admin manages multiple accounts across the company, so other departments' webinars are not related to our website and marketing dept. When host Lire la suite

bulk email chat transcript
Right now there is ability to select individual chat and email chat transcript. It would be nice to select all chats and email them in bulk for internal audit/review. Nolie MacDonald

Workflow connecting Company record to new Contact records being exported from ZoomInfo
We have just set up the ZoomInfo integration tool to HubSpot, and I have a question: Do I need to set up a workflow to be sure contacts coming in with known Company records (in HubSpot) will automatically connect to that record? Right now, they are Lire la suite
