How to turn off automatic ticket creation on support form submission
I created a support form to link to our conversations inbox. I turned on automatic ticket creation, and now I do not know how to turn it off. The toggle is greyed out so I can't switch it off. If I click on Edit Ticket, it just has options for the t read more
