HubSpot Messages - Unknown user
Hi, We use HubSpot Messages on an external website. Whenever a user logs in, the required cookie is not loaded initially, so the user is not recognised and is shown as unknown and is therefore not redirected to the correct HubSpot Owner . Afte Leia mais

Customer properties not updated anymore via Contact API
Hi, We use the Contact API to update some custom properties, but HubSpot has not been updating for a while now. The support ticket I logged contains all details, but support says they cannot help me anymore. Here is the ticket for your reference: Leia mais
