Right now the way the chat bot is set up is not exactly intuitive. The linear set up gets confusing when creating chatflows that have lots of options. It'd be easier if it were set up similarly to how the workflows are set up so you can see all your read more

Right now in the Marketing Email tab transactional/single send API emails are being labeled as Automated emails, however, when filtering for Automated emails, they do not appear. Currently there is no filter for transactional/API emails, which makes read more
