Please allow for the "Outside of working hours" hand-off message to trigger in conversations where the AI customer agent is active and the "If the AI can't answer, assign to" is set to "No one".

As confirmed by HubSpot support, at the moment the Customer Agent is not able to read any document uploaded to a conversation. Please allow that, it is crucial. Thanks

Please allow us to customize the customer agent's transfer button. We may want to say "Transfer to human" or whatever the message may be.

Unfortunately, HubSpot currently doesn’t have a built-in setting to force each reply to create an entirely new conversation. Even if multiple recipients reply individually, the system recognizes that these responses belong to the same email chain a read more
