Apply line break formatting in to personalisation tokens in email
With personalisation tokens we can inset text into emails based on the relevant contact, company etc data. However at the moment if you have a multi line text field with line breaks and paragraphs, this formatting will show correctly in HubSpot on read more

Ability to have a contact skip a step in a workflow
I am a Customer Success Manager. I am moving a contact through a workflow. If necessary, I have a contact whom I need to skip through a step(s) throughout the Workflow. It should be a functionality allowance, and there is essentially no workaround. read more

Hide or Archive property values without deleting
