Share your insights!With over 16 years of experience in high-paced retail and customer service environments, I’ve built a strong foundation in client relations, sales strategy, and team leadership. My career has spanned roles with several retailers in Atlanta, Georgia where I developed expertise in visual merchandising, business operations, and staff development while consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals. As a former Business Manager and Customer Service Associate, I’ve learned the importance of creating meaningful customer experiences, building strong client relationships, and leading teams to perform with excellence. My background has given me the ability to adapt quickly, think strategically, and thrive under pressure in fast-paced retail settings. Currently, I’m expanding my skill set in digital marketing through a HubSpot Software Marketing Micro-Internship, gaining hands-on experience with CRM tools, inbound marketing, and campaign management. This experience has strengthened my ability to blend people-focused service with data-driven marketing strategy.
