We'd like to see the average NPS score per Company based on the Contacts' responses. Currently there is no way to see this in the platform or to calculate it via automation. Secondarily, because NPS is stored as a dropdown it doesn't play well with Lire la suite

Hello all, loving the ability to track when an email has been opened/read but it doesn't seem to work? Have sent out 10 test emails, many have been opened and replied to but under Notifications they still show as "Sent" only. Email tracking seems to Lire la suite

I have yet to see the Automatically capture contact details feature work yet. My settings are turned on, inbox synced, and I typically use Gmail (in Chrome) with the Hubspot extention to communticate with clients and log their information. Am I Lire la suite
