Multiple Inboxes for SMS Replies

SMS tracking link
The SMS tracking. link that Hubspot automatically uses looks like spam/a scam. This is super frustrating when trying to use the new SMS feature that we paid for. This needs updated ASAP to be able to personalize our own UTM or tracking links for SMS Beitrag ansehen

Yes! Due to the nature of our business, we would want the link to be personalized so it does not look like a scam.

Send SMS on Custom Object Workflows to associated contact records
With the addition of SMS in HubSpot, it would be great if the SMS messages could use properties from a custom object AND be sent as part of a custom object workflow. Same with WhatsApp. We can send emails to associated contacts in a custom objec Beitrag ansehen

SMS De-Duplicating & Reporting
