Define our Fiscal Year / Quarters
We have a lot of very nice "This Quarter", "Last Quarter", "Next Quarter" filter functionality in HubSpot CRM....buuuuut, if your Company's Fiscal Year is not the same as the Calendar Year (as many are not), this "Quarter" filter functionality is no Beitrag ansehen

Add comments to Feedback activity log
Simple one. You can't currently add a comment to a feedback post on a contact activity feed. Can we get this added, please? Marketing manages the surveys when a comment is made that is of interest to sales, it would be easiest to tag a sales rep Beitrag ansehen

Provide a company history for contact records
Our contacts can often have long-lasting relationships, that means we frequently take our business with a contact when they change companies. It would be good to see a record (almost like a CV/LinkedIn listing) of previously associated companies Beitrag ansehen

Add Playbook title to logged activities
Hey, we are building a lot of feedback/review playbooks and logging them as notes on our dealboards. For example, if we win or lose a pitch, the team debriefs answering q's in a playbook, this is then saved to the dealboard as a note and anyone can Beitrag ansehen
