WhatsApp integration - templates and messaging

Two unrelated records merged
Hello, We had a new form submission come through and instead of creating a new contact in Hubspot, it added the email address (and all information gathered in the form submission) to an unrelated contact. Is it possible the existing contact forw Leia mais

There is no form submission completed for the second email, everything prior to Thursday 7th March is the doninant and correct email address. Can i s...Leia mais

Contact has bounced globally but opens and replies on email sent via Outlook
Anybody else experience this? How do I unbounce or change the setting of a contact that HubSpot deems " Contact has bounced globally", yet the contact has opened the email and replied from it. FYI - the email was sent via Outlook with the HubSpot bc Leia mais
