So, the workflow includes a person assigning a field to them. Then when they finish a few tasks. A delay is set up until a person assigns a different field (it can be the same person). The delay is just too create a pause and to avoid too many t read more

Is there a way to have a scheduled email be reassigned to someone besides me after it has been sent - automatically. Part of our process is to schedule emails for 3 hours later in the day. So the next day I have to look through the sent folder for read more
