Having personalization tokens within surveys would be a fantastic way to ask clients to rate their experience with their specific sales rep, or on the product/service they've received.

The idea is to be able to personalize the survey to show the contact's email like it happens in Google Forms, if the client is already registered in the data base it will automatically appears who is answering the survey.

The ability to add a logic to survey questions, text fields, and other elements. The idea is that the visibility of these elements would depend on contact properties or other questions. Also different versions of a question would help a lot. For read more

The custom survey feature launched last year is decent. Needs help but it is great to have a native application for surveys like this in Hubspot. The problem - we have adopted them and are using them a lot. We just found out in the middle of a large read more
