Threading email replies in a ticket based on ticket rather than message ID
The desired behavior is for any emails sent to a customer from a ticket should have all replies from that customer threaded to the same ticket. When I spoke to Hubspot support on this issue, they said the message ID was determined by the original Lire la suite

Export Line Items
Hi there, I would like to export the entire list of our Line Items Record ID and a custom property. I can tell there is no option to export Line Items for time being. However, I tried exporting them via Reports. But, the reports doesn't show Record Lire la suite

Add the ability to hide fields in custom feedback surveys
That would be super useful to prepopulate some values that we don't want the user to populate manually or to create associations (i.e. a ticket ID pass through a URL parameter)

Fix user permission report/export to reflect actual permissions.

Ticket search to include email content
Currently the search function for tickets only displayes results based on the name of a ticket. Quite often when searching for a ticket/email the title is not known, which leads to frustration. The solution I have found is to search via contact in Lire la suite

Prevent certain Sales users from editing Products
Currently, any user who has a Sales Pro seat is able to edit Products regardless of what permissions they have. I'd like to have more granular permissions for this, as I don't want my users mistakenly editing products.
