When integrating with salesforce the historical contacts that are added to HubSpot dont get given the creat date that's logged in Salesforce. For me this should be a no brainer for such integration. In what situtation would you not want the original read more

An autoresponder on the conversations inbox would be really helpful. Our customers use an email address to report issues. When an email comes in, our support team manually creates a ticket and that triggers an email to the customer to say we've read more
