De-duplication on custom objects
Hi, I have a custom object where i have a lot of duplicates. Is there a way to automatically identify and deduplicate them? like we have in contacts/companies? Thanks David

Associate/Re-Associate Contact to a Ticket via Workflow
Use case: Some of our customers point their Jotform emails to our support team. These emails create a ticket with the associated contact being "no-reply@jotform.com".... our team has to manually update the associated contact record to our customer. read more
