Is it possible to also use the job titles created in presets within the team inbox? I can't seem to use {{ userToken.job_title }} when setting up the team signature. This would greatly help us use the conversations inbox in a more efficient way Beitrag ansehen

Hi there, it would be great if it would be possible to add some more tokens for team signatures. Currently only {{agent.fullname}} (+ firstname / lastname) is possible but we would also like to add the profile picture of the team member. May Beitrag ansehen
