option to add a file in snippet
Option to add a file in the snippet; I have a file like a copy of our terms and conditions, or W9 that I need to share with my customers, cant I upload it and keep it so that I can use it as a template every time a customer reaches out?

CSAT report from hubspot

How to get CSAT report
I am currently trying to get a CSAT report showing satisfaction percentage by the agent but couldn't do it, even the export doesnt have the agent's name. Is there possibly any way to get the CSAT percentage as per the assigned agent for month da 続きを読む

Is there a connector to sync reports to google sheet?
