Email Reply Tracking
It would be great if Hubspot had the ability to track how many replies I got to my marketing newsletters. A lot of our newsletters are designed to get people to reply to them instead of having them click on something, so really the reply rate is wha Beitrag ansehen

Absolutely, it's unbelievable that 'marketing emails aren't meant to be replied to'. Insane. Please fix this HubSpot.

If/Then Branch for workflow when email reply from contact
Guys, I have a workflow where i send 5 emails. So once the email 1 is sent, i added a delay for say 3 hours and then added if/then branch (activityt type is email reply from contact). and if no then send email 2. if yes break. But what happ Beitrag ansehen

Workflows with a repeating action
I want to start a new Workflow with a List, add a delay of 30 days, then send an internal email, then delay again for 30 more days. I want it to repeat over and over again as long as a Contact remains on that List. We'd like to use it to remind sta Beitrag ansehen

@JeremyHong Can you do your workflow, but use separate emails for each repeat? Ie: Email #n+1 each time?

Yep, definitely needed! Would be great to get a google meet link straight from the hubspot meetings link. otherwise it prompts the use of things like...Beitrag ansehen
