Since Microsoft is going away from Skype and integrating that functionality into Teams, it would be great to have the calling feature integrated with Teams.

When replying to a ticket in the Inbox, to have the option to schedule when the reply will be sent (same option like when creating an email within the contact and ability to schedule when that email is going to be sent)

At the moment under 'recipients' on Feedback Surveys there is no way to filter or exclude particular customers or tags. It would be great to have this feature. For context, some tickets don't require a feedback survey, we would like to be able to read more
