Load Balancing in Workflows

An overview of workflows using specific Secrets

Hide payment option from Quote templets
I would like the possability to hide Payment from Quota templet since we don't handel payment this way. Right now it is up to the user to remove this when they create a quote for a client and this is not perfect I think.

Very much agree. Our billing structure is too complex to be supported in HubSpot, and it confuses our reps.

Add permission granularity to prevent users from editing line items on both deal and quote
We use workflows and automation to set the line items for deals and carry them over to quotes without our reps having to modify them. We would like to be able to lock down the line items, so they are not able to modify them at all themselves.

Stop showing admin-relevant notices to non-admins
On a recurring basis, our users are flashed with a huge yellow or red bar that takes up ~10-20% of the HubSpot interface on desktop, and sometimes almost the entire screen on mobile - and we are yet to see one that is relevant for them. Most rec read more

Add support for reviewing quotes from the mobile app
Many of our leaders that would normally approve quotes are often in situations where they can quickly review a quote on the phone, but won't be able to review it on a computer for a while. It would be ideal if they could review and approve quote read more
